That was also quite simple to do, as DragonSlots not only accepts mail traditionally (through your client like Gmail or Outlook), but also through a ticketing system on the site. The problem? They never replied to it, at least not in time for the publication of our review.

At the end of the day, all we did was ask a simple question. Now imagine if you actually have money on the line: you requested a withdrawal, yet it was denied without explanation.
