And speaking of their license, most of our harder-hitting questions fell completely on deaf ears. When asking about the casino’s qualifications, or even its owners, we didn’t receive any response at all. Not even a generic “Sorry, but we can’t discuss this right now”, which would have been silly, but still literally better than nothing. If the support team isn’t above just ignoring you, imagine what they would do if you were having issues with your withdrawal, or anything important like that. What’s to stop them from just not replying? And if you can’t rely on them, what can you rely on?
