Most casinos we review here at casinoaustraliaonline.net are either aimed specifically at us Australians, or at a much broader, international audience that just so happens to include us. It’s very rare to stumble upon a casino that seems to be tailor-made for another country, and yet one that still accepts international players. RRR Casino is one such case.

While we don’t have a lot of information about RRR’s ownership, it’s very obvious that it was created to target the Indian market, not the Australian one. This means that you won’t find many things that are commonly associated with casinos playable in the land down under, such as Australian dollars as an accepted currency.

But can RRR Casino find success even an ocean away from home, or should it have stuck to its homeland all along?

Bonuses

Before we dive into the bonus offerings of RRR Casino, we have to make two things very clear: first of all, the casino only deals in Indian rupees (₹). That’s the only currency currently accepted, and all bonuses are listed in it, you can’t currently deposit or wager using Australian dollars, US dollars, or euro. Second, the bonus page is quite light when it comes to information, so a lot of the information that we’re about to present below may seem incomplete, or raise questions. Sadly, we don’t have the answers, all we can do is provide the same info that the casino has already listed, even ifi t’s lacking.

Welcome Bonus – Up to ₹100,000

No online casino is complete without some kind of welcome offer, wouldn’t you say? RRR Casino is no exception, though its welcome bonus ultimately isn’t that much. What you’ll be getting is a 100% match up to ₹50,000 the very first time you make a deposit. There are no extras (such as free spins), but you will get a second deposit bonus – you guessed it – the second time you make a deposit.

This bonus will have the same maximum amount (₹50,000), but this time, at half the match percentage, just 50%. In order to claim either of those two bonuses, you’ll need to put down at least ₹300 each time, and once you’ve claimed them, you’ll have to wager them x25 times before you can withdraw them.

What’s interesting is that the terms and conditions tied to the bonus also make a mention of free spins, but as far as we can tell, no free spins are actually attached to these bonuses. Yet another sign of how little care and effort went into RRR Casino.

Reload Promotion – 50% Match

Each of the two bonuses that constitute RRR Casino’s welcome package may only be claimed once. Beyond that, if you want to get any bonus, you’ll have to rely on the site’s sole reload bonus, which will grant you a 50% match. This sounds extremely generous, but sadly, RRR Casino has also not given us any information about it.

We don’t know the minimum required deposit, the maximum bonus amount, the wagering requirements, or how you’re supposed to even go about claiming the bonus! Hell, the casino doesn’t even tell you that there IS a bonus, the banner text only says “Do you want the same bonus of 50% for subsequent deposits?” For all we know, the follow-up is “Too bad, you won’t!”

We tried to contact the site’s support team in order to ask them about this, but alas, received no response whatsoever. Don’t worry, we’ll get into that in more detail when we’re discussing the customer support feature.

Games

Okay, so the bonuses of RRR Casino aren’t that great, but who cares about that! What matters are the games, so how does this casino fare in that regard? Surprisingly… Pretty great, actually! Granted, it’s not the best games selection in terms of the amount of games, but the diversity on display here was certainly enough to impress us!

Besides pokies, live games, and table games, you’ll also be able to play crash games, fishing games, shooting games, and even engage in lotteries! The biggest thing that the site is missing is probably sports betting, but that’s hardly a requirement for an online casino. What is here is more than enough for most casino enthusiasts.

Pokies

As of the time of writing, RRR Casino hosts more than a thousand different pokies, most from some pretty big-name providers like BGaming, Redrake Gaming and SpadeGaming. No one’s denying that the collection of games is pretty good, but we do wish that we could filter them out to make the selection easier. As the site is structured right now, you can’t even choose to filter out the pokies by provider, and that’s the most basic filtering system there is!

With that said, there’s a catch: many of the pokies will not be available, as their providers have blocked access to them from Australia. This obviously isn’t much of an issue for RRR Casino themselves (who primarily target an Indian audience anyway), but for us down under, it means that the titles of companies like NetEnt will be displayed, but otherwise inaccessible. As you can imagine, we felt a pang of frustration trying out the different pokies and finding more than a few completely out of our reach!

Live casino

Our overall impressions of RRR Casino’s live dealer section is that it’s satisfactory, but not particularly impressive. For starters, you’ll find all of the games that you would expect to find at a traditional live section, such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette. Beyond that, you’ll also find a few more obscure titles, like sic bo or Teen Patti. With that said, though, the diversity of options isn’t that great, and you certainly won’t find much that isn’t played with cards (such as game shows, for instance).

Another thing that we noticed is that some of the live offerings at RRR Casino were not available to Australian… Or perhaps they were not available in general. We assume that the reason is geo locking, but regardless, we coldn’t connect at all upon trying. The problem isn’t quite as pronounced as it was with the pokies, but it’s still notable and quite annoying.

Deposits & Withdrawals

As previously mentioned, RRR Casino only operates with Indian rupees, and does not currently accept any other currencies. While you can deposit with Australian dollars, they will be converted into Rupees for the sake of wagering based on the current conversion rate, which may not always be ideal. It’s certainly strange to see an online casino that accepts Australian players, but does not allow them to play in their own currency.

At this point, you might be thinking that you can get around this by simply depositing in crypto. After all, RRR Casino does support several different crypto coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple), but we’ll have to disappoint you: even if you deposit with an alternative currency, your balance will only display in rupees on your profile. Not ideal, especially when this isn’t your native currency and you can’t instinctively tell how much, say, ₹300 is in AU$.

Withdrawal time

As you can imagine, you can only make a withdrawal from RRR Casino in two ways – via your card (again, Visa only), and via crypto. Which method you choose will determine the speed of your cashout, from the time it is dispensed by the casino to the time it’s added to your bank account or crypto wallet. With that said, we have to make it clear that these estimates are purely theoretical, and we give no guarantees that RRR Casino will dispense any winnings.

If what you want is the fastest possible withdrawal, then you should rely on crypto. Crypto withdrawals are usually extremely fast, and a cashout using Ethereum or Litecoin should arrive in your e-wallet mere minutes after it has been dispatched. Bitcoin is slower, but you’ll still get it within an hour at most. If you really don’t want to use crypto, or if withdrawing directly to your card is more convenient to you, then be prepared to wait 3-5 additional days as the transaction goes through bank verification.

VIP Program

A lot of online casinos have implemented some sort of VIP program in order to reward players for their loyalty. Whether you’re collecting points to unlock new features or simply getting some kind of cashback to help you out with your losses, it’s always nice to feel appreciated by the site you have chosen to spend your time and money at.

Alas, RRR Casino doesn’t feel like its loyal players are worth rewarding, as they will not give you anything back for sticking around. This means that, as a new player claiming the welcome bonus for the first time, you will have more perks at the site than a player who has played regularly for a year or two. And, frankly, we don’t feel that this is particularly respectful towards veteran players.

Tournaments

Tournaments have become an integral part of most online casinos, but sadly, you won’t find even a single one here at RRR Casino. Not only does the site not host any of its own tournaments, but it also doesn’t appear to be participating in any “drops & wins” promotions that are typically hosted by the pokie providers.

Competing in pokies has become an integral part of the modern online casino experience, so it’s very odd to see this feature excluded so thoroughly here. Sadly, we can’t say that we feel particularly surprised, since RRR is already quite scant when it comes to extra features. If you’re someone who just can’t find enjoyment out of spinning reels unless you’re competing against other players for prizes, forget about RRR Casino entirely.

Verification

At most online casinos, you have to complete a brief verification procedure before you can withdraw any funds. This is done by e-mailing a few identifying documents to the site’s support staff, who will then confirm your identity and make sure that you aren’t associated with any illicit activity. It’s a simple and fairly painless process, but since RRR isn’t like most online casinos, we can’t actually confirm whether it exists at all here.

We have found no mention of a verification/KYC procedure anywhere on the site, which makes sense because it doesn’t even appear to have a page for terms and conditions, or FAQs. As such, we can’t definitively confirm whether verification is required, and if so, how it works. Even if it was required, though, it’s highly doubtful that you’d actually be able to get verified due to the unresponsive support operating the casino (more on that later).

Is RRR Casino Legit & safe?

It’s never easy to determine whether an online casino is legitimate or not, but we’ve reviewed casino sites for long enough to know what to look for in order to draw an educated conclusion. Left with little choice, we tried our best to find user feedback on RRR Casino, and… Failed. It appears that either the site doesn’t have a lot of players, or it’s actively suppressing user reviews. Neither of those is a good option, and either of them (combined with the information above) should be enough to scare you from ever setting foot inside these virtual halls.

Customer support

The customer support feature is among the most important ones for any online casino, and anyone who disagrees with that is wrong. Imagine if you found yourself unable to withdraw for some reason, and you can’t contact support to ask why at all! This nightmare scenario would leave you penniless no matter how much you won, and alas, it is far too possible here at RRR Casino.

For starters, this site may have the strangest support structure out of any we’ve seen. You can’t write them via an on-site live chat, just through WhatsApp. Similarly, you can’t send them an e-mail (there is no e-mail address listed anywhere on the page), just submit a ticket by filling out an on-site form. We tried both, and received a reply on neither. This makes it very likely that RRR is a “zombie casino”, a site that is technically operational, but mostly unmanned.

Mobile casino

Granted, we’ve been quite negative on RRR Casino, but to be completely fair, its mobile version isn’t terrible. Of course, it also isn’t particularly good, but at least it’s there, and it’s functional. A lot of that stems from the fact that the site appears to have been built for mobile first and then for desktop seconds (which makes its interface a little bit awkward on a bigger monitor, but that’s a whole other can of worms), but still, we have to give credit where it’s due.

You will (thankfully) not need to download anything in order to gain access to the RRR Casino mobile app. Just opening it through your favorite mobile browser, like Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla, will be enough to let you play on your phone. After a brief loading screen, you’ll find yourself in the main casino interface, and from there you can log in and do the things you would normally do, like play games or make deposits.
