If you’ve been reading our review of Spinit from the very start, you might have noticed the fact that a lot of things seem unexplained. Who is the site’s owner? Which leads us to a different question altogether: why didn’t we just write the support team and ask these questions?

And the answer is, we tried! That was the first thing we did: accessing the site’s live chat feature (which wasn’t easy because the interface isn’t the best) and then asking questions to our heart’s content! And did we get any answers? Sadly, nope. The agent took a really long time to connect to us, let alone start answering questions, and the answers were plainly wrong. For example, when we asked about the VIP program, we were told that it can be accessed from the menu on the left… even though it absolutely can’t. We also weren’t given any answers pertaining to the site’s owner, instead being told that these questions pose “a security issue”. What?!
