Winning Days’ bonuses are a little weird, through and through. We’ll get to the true weirdness of the reload promotions, but even the welcome offer is presented in this really weird way. Although it’s quite clearly advertised on the front page, it actually isn’t shown at all in the promotions section of the site, which at first led us to believe that maybe it’s an expired offer, or worse, a fraudulent one.

Thankfully, the truth wasn’t anywhere near as grim, and the reality is that the welcome bonus IS there – you just won’t see it until you’ve already signed up and are ready to deposit. It’s at this point that, depending on the size of your deposit, you’ll be granted a slightly different bonus. Everyone will get a 100% match (up to a maximum of AU$3,000, which is pretty decent), but you’ll also get at least one ‘tier’ of bonus spins. If you deposit enough to qualify for the next tier, you’ll get that reward as well as all the previous ones, like so:

So far, we’ve had serious issues with both the bonuses and payment options of Winning Days – and sadly, those issues will continue with the payment methods here. We like having them here, we just wish that there were more choices.

Customer support

Of all the things that really let us down here at Winning Days, few can compare to the customer support function. Admittedly, since we believe that the site is legitimate, there’s no reason for it to offer poor support – this is a trick typically reserved for scam casinos who don’t want to deal with players’ legitimate issues. And yet, Winning Days’ support still falls well below expectations.

For starters, there is no live chat feature – what the site calls ‘live chat’ is actually just a ticket system, because once you input your message in the text box you’re informed that you’ll receive a response in your email.
