Welcome Bonus – 200% Match up to €500

When it comes to Winzter’s welcome offer, there are some good news, and also some bad news. For us Aussies, the main bad news is that Australian dollars aren’t supported here, meaning that all bonuses are presented in euro on the casino’s site. To preserve the numbers as we see them, we’ve chosen to also show them in euro here instead of converting them into AU$.

The good news, on the other hand, is that the first deposit bonus is fairly generous, giving you a whopping 200% match! For reference, most online casinos will only give you 100% or 150% at most, and 200%, although not unheard of, very rare and well worthy of praise. Granted, the maximum amount you can receive is fairly low (only €500), but that should be more than enough for most players. After all, if you deposit the minimum of €20 you’ll have a total of €60 worth of cash to play around with, which is pretty decent!

It’s worth noting that all three of these bonuses are either on par with or better than what you’d find at other online casinos.

Some of them, like raffles, aren’t really worth getting into in detail. Others, like the VIP program, we’ll discuss further in their own section below. For now, the ones we need to address the most are the Weekly Bonuses. There are three of them, with each one claimable only on a specific day of the week (namely Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Beyond that, all three bonuses are identical, netting you 100% match up to €1,000 that you can use exclusively on pokies.

We already established that Winzter’s bonuses are really good – but ultimately, they’re not what will keep players after they’ve already signed up. Instead, it’ll be the games that will have this ever-important job, and unfortunately, this is Winzter’s biggest blunders. Although on the surface it seems as if the casino has a ton of games, including pokies, live casino titles, and even sports betting, the reality is that none of these sections is particularly well stocked. Prepaid options, like Neosurf, are also not available to us (although Paysafecard can be used in other regions, so there’s a chance they might bring it here too).

On the flipside though, the selection of crypto currenciesis pretty decent. As we established earlier, Winter will let you withdraw in four different ways: via credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, and crypto. And believe it or not, the difference in withdrawal times between these four options can be rather drastic! Now, the first thing to point out is that Winzter in general will have a processing time of about 3 days, which means you’ll be waiting around that long just for your money to be dispatched. There’s no getting around this no matter what payment method you use.

Beyond that, if you want your money to arrive as quickly as possible, we recommend using an e-wallet, like Neteller. Those will give you your winnings pretty much instantly, as will many crypto coins like Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple (though we would avoid slower coins like Bitcoin and Dogecoin). Banking solutions are the most convenient ones to use for withdrawals, but also the slowest ones, as credit cards will take about 3 days. VIP Program

Earlier we discussed at length the various bonuses that Winzter has to offer – but there’s one more promotion that we need to address. That is the VIP program, an initiative designed to reward the most loyal players who have decided to stick by Winzter for the long haul. Once you qualify for this program, you’ll immediately receive a bunch of perks (instead of having to level up first) – but unfortunately, it’s a little unclear how you can enter the program. As far as we can tell, it’s something that the casino enrols you into automatically at a certain point, but when that point comes and what you need to do to get there is pretty unclear.

The specific perks of the program are also not defined particularly well. We know what they are, broadly: a cashback feature, prioritized withdrawals, and a VIP manager who can address your questions and issues more directly. It’s standard fare when it comes to these types of programs, but it would’ve been nice if we had some more information about it. Like, how big is the cashback, and do you need to wager through it before you can claim it? We’re sure this information is given to VIP players, but it should be accessible to all, like it would be at any other online casino site!

Tournaments

Pokie tournaments have become extremely popular in recent years, and at first glance, it seems like Winzter also has them in store – which isn’t too surprising! Meaning that yes, although this information isn’t on the site, the casino is completely legitimate. As for why they didn’t bother to update their footer with it… Well, your guess is as good as ours.

Customer support

If you’re stuck in a bit of a pickle, or simply have questions about Winzter that we haven’t been able to answer, you should definitely turn to the site’s support team! There are two different ways you an do so: via live chat or email, with live chat being the clear favorite by the casino itself, given how prominently it’s positioned. However, we would recommend that you avoid using it if possible, since the overall level of support was very low. In our experience, the answers were very short and did not provide us with a lot of information.

Instead, we would strongly recommend that you send an email. Although the response time will be much slower, you’ll receive a much higher quality response that should, hopefully, answer most of your questions (or provide a solution to the problem). What’s more, the casino actually has multiple different email addresses depending on your needs – Support for general help and Complaints for, well, complaints. This means that if you need to file a dispute, you have a direct line to an employee that specializes in those!
