As such, imagine our surprise when we found out that BC.Club Casino’s support options simply… didn’t work.

While there is a live chat link, all it does is lead to the main website of Live Chat, the company that provides built-in online support chat service to other companies (such as online casinos). Frankly, we aren’t sure why that happens. We assume that the link is supposed to lead to an individualized online chatroom where you can be connected to a support representative, but the room is broken, so the link just redirects to the main Live Chat domain instead.

Okay, no biggie – we can just send an e-mail, right? We did just that to the address specified on the site, and… it bounced. It could not be delivered. We can assume that one method of support communication could be down due to a technical issue, but both? Even if we assume it to be true, that’s still really bad news for players who need help!

Mobile casino

In the left-hand menu of BC.Club Casino you’ll find a proudly displayed button that seems to promise something that is typically reserved for only the best gambling sites. “Download APP”, the button says – how wonderful, a dedicated casino app! Unfortunately, just like with many things at BC.Club, this is a bit of a misdirect, and the “app” is nothing more than something you can install in your browser if you’re using Chrome. It’s not an actual apk.

In the absence of an app, your only choice will be to access the site through your mobile browser. And while it’s clear that at least some effort went into designing an interface that is uniquely suited to the needs of the mobile environment, the results are fairly mediocre. We found the site a little slow and more than a little clunky to use from a phone, but ultimately, it got the job done.
