If there’s anything we have to point out about Oz2win Casino that could be considered a positive, it’s that the site has quite a lot of different promotions. It even has a no deposit bonus, which is something of a lost art when it comes to modern online casinos. Granted, this would have been a lot more impressive if we believed that any of these bonuses weren’t attached to a casino that will ultimately not pay a cent of your winnings, but it is what it is.

What makes this sting even more is that the no deposit bonus is pretty good – you’ll get AU$10 once you first activate your accont, just like that. Granted, you’ll only be able to use them on a handful of games, but that’s still really great value! One thing that’s a little confusing is that, according to the terms of service, you have to “hit 100 credits and withdraw AU$20”. Try as we might, we couldn’t decipher the meaning of this phrase, and the support team were less than helpful – more on that later on in our review.

Welcome Bonus – 50% Match up to AU$500

While the no deposit bonus was a pleasant surprise, the welcome offer is anything but. This is generally considered to be the most important bonus that any casino has to offer – though you won’t feel that when you’re getting a mere 50% match. That’s about as much as some other casinos will give you for a reload bonus that you can claim over and over again! It’s insulting to put that as the one-of-a-kind welcome offer!

If there’s one place where Oz2win truly shines, it’s undoubtedly in its reload promotions, to the point where this aspect would be something we’d be praising quite a lot if the rest of the casino was worthwhile. There are over a dozen different bonuses that, as the name implies, will simply “reload”, ready for repeated use.

Granted, these bonuses aren’t giant or anything – for example, once per day you can claim a 15% match, and every subsequent deposit for the day will give you a 5% match. If you were to make several deposits within one day or one week, however, you’ll bring home an additional bonus. There’s even a referral program that cuts you a slice of the pie for any person you bring to the table. Again, it’s not gigantic numbers, but it’s clear that at least some thought went into it, which is more than can be said for the rest of Oz2win Casino.

We might have had a few somewhat positive things to say about the bonuses of Oz2win Casino, but trust us, the same absolutely can’t be said about its games section. For starters, a lot of it doesn’t even seem to work properly, which is perplexing. Well, for starters, the owners of the casino are completely unknown – they’re not mentioned anywhere on the site, not even in passing, and that’s a surefire sign that they have something to hide. Under normal circumstances, a casino license (something that every casino must have in order to legally accept Aussies) would state plainly what company it has been issued to… but that brings us to our next point.

Oz2win Casino appears to be completely unlicensed. Many of its pages (for example, its bonuses) boldly claim that it holds a Curacao license, but that doesn’t seem to be the case – or if it is, there’s no evidence to support that claim whatsoever. And it’s not like we can just ask the support about it because that has its own share of issues… which we’re about to get into.

Customer support

As far as we can tell, the only way to contact the Oz2win Casino support team is via live chat – there isn’t an e-mail address to be found anywhere on the site. Which is definitely a bit odd, especially since not everyone can commit to chatting in real time, but hey – if the live chat function works well enough, then who cares, right?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work at all. When we first opened it to try it, we were immediately greeted by a glitch in the system that resulted in two different “support agent” greeting us with the exact same message, even down to the same spelling mistake. We found that a little weird, but it was only after we started chatting – and got only an automated message asking us for a phone number in response – that we discovered what actually happened.

We were talking to a bot. There wasn’t a human on the other end who could actually help us resolve our issues – instead, Oz2win Casino had set up an automated answering system that assigns the bot a random name and then asks a series of questions, possibly to submit a ticket at the end (though we couldn’t quite get that far). In essence, you might as well assume that Oz2win Casino doesn’t have any live chat options at all.

Mobile casino

On the main page of Oz2win Casino’s site, you’ll find a very suspicious banner: “Just click it, it’s a gift”, it says. And who are we to deny a gift? Clicking on it will automatically start downloading an apk file to your device, which, as you can imagine, was an Android version of the casino. Of course, opening it through your mobile browser works acceptably (don’t get us wrong, the site looks terrible on both PC and mobile), but a mobile app is supposed to work even better, right?

Well, we have a confession to make: we didn’t actually try it out.
